1. Who is responsible?
Gravity Fox (Android package com.gohumango.gravityfox) is published under the GoHumanGo name, based in Spain. For privacy enquiries and requests, contact hello@gohumango.fun. This policy covers the game and its supporting website.
2. What the game stores on your device
You do not need to create a GoHumanGo account to play. The game stores your level progress, saved game, language, audio and control preferences, a local record of the ad-free purchase entitlement, and advertising loading/error counters on your device. These records let the game resume, remember settings and recognise a previously confirmed purchase. The current game does not send your arithmetic answers or saved level to a GoHumanGo gameplay server.
At first launch, the game asks your age without a preselected answer. It saves only an age group on this device: under 13, 13–17, or 18 and over. The entered number and your date of birth are not saved by this age screen or sent to a GoHumanGo server. The group controls advertising treatment; it is not proof of identity or consent. You can correct it in Settings → Privacy → Update age. After a group change, restart the game to apply the new advertising treatment.
3. Advertising and technical data
The free version uses Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) and the integrated Unity Ads network. These services can process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from the network, device/operating-system information, ad impressions and interactions, and technical diagnostics. They use this information to deliver and measure advertising, operate the service, and detect fraud. Personalisation depends on applicable permissions, consent and provider settings. GoHumanGo may receive advertising performance reports.
Unity and advertising partners may receive and process data directly, including outside Spain and the European Economic Area. Their policies explain their roles, recipients, retention and applicable transfer safeguards. See Unity’s Game Player and App User Privacy Policy and Unity’s player privacy choices.
The game uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request current privacy information and display the applicable consent or opt-out form when Google makes one available. Google processes the technical request and stores consent signals on the device; integrated advertising SDKs can read the relevant signals. See the Google Privacy Policy. An adult can accept, reject or manage the purposes offered by the form. An age answer alone never grants advertising consent. If the privacy request fails, the game does not permit advertising through this flow.
4. Purchases
The optional remove_ads one-time purchase removes advertising and enables offline play. Google Play processes payment using your Google account. The game uses Unity In-App Purchasing to obtain product information and purchase/ownership status, including transaction information supplied by the store, and caches the entitlement locally. GoHumanGo does not receive your full payment card number or its security code. Google and Unity process relevant information under their own policies: Google Privacy Policy and the Unity policy linked above. Removing ads does not erase information already held by these providers.
5. Internet checks and website visits
Before free play, the game requests https://www.google.com/generate_204 to check whether an internet connection is available. This request exposes network information, including your IP address, to Google; it does not attach your saved game or arithmetic answers.
Our website is hosted through IONOS. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, request times, requested pages and browser information to serve and protect the website. The supplied site code does not add third-party advertising or analytics scripts. The language selector uses browser session storage to remember English or Spanish during your visit. External links open services governed by their own policies. IONOS privacy information.
6. If you contact us
If you email us, we process your address, message and any information you choose to send to answer your enquiry and provide support. Please do not send passwords, full payment card details, or unnecessary sensitive information. A support request may include technical details you provide voluntarily.
7. Purposes, legal bases and disclosures
Where European data protection law applies, we rely on performing the service or purchase agreement for requested functionality, legal obligations where records must be kept, and legitimate interests for proportionate security, fraud prevention and responding to enquiries. Consent is required for advertising access or processing where applicable law requires it; using the game alone is not consent. Provider-specific legal bases are described in their policies.
Recipients include Unity and its advertising partners, Google Play, and hosting/email service providers involved in delivering the service. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights and security. We do not provide an in-game marketplace for selling player information. Advertising disclosures may be treated as sharing under some regional laws.
8. Retention and deletion
Local game records remain until cleared, replaced or removed by the operating system. You can clear the app’s storage or uninstall it to remove local data; Android backup, if enabled, may retain or restore a copy under your Google settings. Clearing local data does not cancel a purchase or delete Google’s purchase history. Reinstalling requires an online store check to restore a previous purchase.
Support messages and records we control are kept while needed to resolve your enquiry and for applicable legal or claims-related obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Website logs are retained only as needed for hosting operation, security and applicable obligations. Unity and Google apply their own retention schedules; removing the app does not itself erase their records. Contact us to request deletion of information we control and use the providers’ privacy tools for information they control.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information, and object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it, without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email hello@gohumango.fun; we may need proportionate information to verify and locate the request. We do not hold a central GoHumanGo player account database.
You can manage advertising privacy controls in Android settings and use Unity’s privacy choices linked above. Device settings may not stop every technical request. For Google account and purchase information, use Google’s privacy tools. In Spain, you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) or your competent supervisory authority.
In the game, open Settings → Privacy → Advertising privacy to review or change the advertising choices available for your session. Google displays its form when required; if no form is available, the game reports that state instead. A changed choice applies to subsequent advertising requests; withdrawing consent does not automatically erase information previously processed by providers.
10. Children and health information
Gravity Fox is intended for a mixed audience aged 6 and over, including children and adults. Before an age group is known, advertising remains blocked. The game sends protective child-treatment and device-identifier opt-out settings to LevelPlay for every player whose saved group is under 18. For these groups, it also sets advertising consent to false and do-not-sell to true, and requests Families self-certified advertising sources. Google UMP receives the under-age-of-consent flag for these players and does not use the adult consent form as parental consent. These settings do not mean that all technical network processing stops.
The game asks no names, birth dates, contacts or medical records. Its arithmetic and “brain training” challenges are gameplay activities, not diagnosis, treatment or health measurements. Parents or guardians can contact hello@gohumango.fun about a child's privacy or information.
11. Security and updates
We use appropriate safeguards for the information we control; no internet or device storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Providers apply their own security measures. We will update this page when the game’s data practices or providers change. The revision date below identifies this version. For questions, email hello@gohumango.fun.
